What payment options do you offer?
We accept common payment methods such as: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.). We also offer iDeal, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Our checkout page uses SSL, which ensures that all your browsing, shopping and payment information remains private.
Where do I enter my discount code?
Go to the checkout page and expand the box just below your order overview. Enter the discount code here and click 'apply'. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.
Can I use a discount code on a sale item?
The discount codes can be redeemed on a very large part of our range, with the exception of jewelry that is currently on the mega sale.
What should I do if my payment doesn't work?
First check that your shipping and billing information is correct. If that doesn't work, try contacting your bank about the problem.
What is the minimum order value?
We do not have minimum order values.

Can I track the status of my order?
Yes! Understand that you would like to know the status of your order. This is why we always send a tracking number via email after your order has been packed and shipped. You can track your order with this tracking number. Of course you can also send us an email and we will be happy to help you.
Can I have my order sent as a gift?
Our lovingly handmade jewelry is the perfect gift for that special person in your life... All our jewelry is shipped in a beautiful jewelry bag and without invoice.
We also offer beautiful gift packaging to add an extra touch of glamor to your gift. There's no need to buy packaging elsewhere - simply add it to your shopping cart, then pop the jewelry in and give your perfect gift!
Do you also ship on weekends or holidays?
All orders are shipped and offered Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).
So order quickly so that you receive your handmade jewelry on time!
My order is showing as delivered, but I haven't received it?
In rare cases, your order may show as 'delivered' before it has been delivered.
This may be because the delivery is preemptively marked as completed. The carrier may also have left your order in a hidden location to prevent theft. Check the hidden places near your front door, ask your housemates or neighbors.
If you still cannot find your order, please contact the carrier and provide your tracking number.
If your order is still missing after following the steps above, please note that we cannot offer refunds for orders that show as delivered. However, we are open to a good consultation to resend the jewelry to you.
Returns
Can I return my jewelry?
Yes! If you are not completely satisfied, we would like to make it right. You have the option to return or exchange your order within 30 days after receipt.
Please note:Personalized or custom-made jewelry (such as name jewelry or jewelry with personally selected letters) cannot be returned or exchanged as it is made to order.
How do I return my jewelry?
Please email us within 30 days from the day you receive your package. We will then provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your order. Send us an email and include your order number.
When will I get my order?
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, after receipt of the returned item(s).
When will I receive my refund?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Who is responsible for returns and shipping costs?
For any returns, customers are responsible for returning the items and associated shipping costs.
Cancel
Can I still cancel my order?
Ready to Ship Collectie: For our immediately available collection (no personalized items) you can cancel as long as your order has not yet been packed for shipping or is already on its way. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the possibilities.
Personalized jewelry: Have you ordered a personalized piece of jewelry with a specific name or letter? You can then cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing your order. Sometimes cancellation is not possible earlier, because we immediately start the personalization to deliver your order on time.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your cancellation has been processed, we will issue the refund. You can expect the amount to be in your account within3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.

Yes, our jewelry is designed for everyday wear. Pieces made with PVD gold plating on stainless steel are water-resistant and more durable than traditional gold plating. However, to preserve long-term shine, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, and chemicals.
