When will my order be shipped?

Ready-to-Ship Collection
Place your order before 5:00 PM, and it will be delivered within 2 weeks.

Custom-Made Collection
Each piece is carefully handcrafted especially for you.
The estimated delivery time is approximately 3–4 weeks.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form at the bottom of this page.
We will carefully review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Why does personalized jewelry take longer to deliver?

Personalized jewelry requires additional time due to the custom craftsmanship involved.
The estimated production and delivery time for personalized pieces is approximately 3–4 weeks.

My order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it.

In rare cases, an order may be marked as “delivered” before it physically arrives.

This may happen if the carrier preemptively marks the delivery as completed or leaves the package in a secure location to prevent theft.
Please check the area around your front door and ask neighbors or household members.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns or refunds for orders marked as delivered.

How long do I have to return my jewelry?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I initiate a return?

Can I return or exchange personalized jewelry?

Personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes jewelry featuring names, initials, engravings, or individually selected elements.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

In what condition should returned jewelry be?

All returned items must be:
 • unworn and undamaged
• returned in their original packaging
• in the same condition as received

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
